The NLO 2024 season will commence on  Saturday 13th April.

This was contained in a release from the Chief Operating officer of the League, Sola Ogunnowo, instructing participating teams to ensure that they are properly affiliated with various State Football Associations and NLO Secretariat.

The COO warned that the clubs failed to do that , will beneed to 
removed  before the fixtures are released.

He Said "the Board of the Nigeria Nationwide League One has directed the Secretariat to 
implement In full the relevant article that dwells on Participation in the 
Nationwide League One".
 
"Sequel to the above, the NLO Secretariat hereby wish to inform clubs that any 
club that did not meet the below state relevant of the league shall cease to be 
part of NLO from 2024 season; 
2.01(3). All Clubs must be an affiliate of a state and pay an annual 
registration fee as determined by the Board of the NLO, any club in 
violation of this payment would be assumed to have withdrawn her 
participation in the league"
. 
"The NLO Secretariat hereby requests that the clubs who paid part 
payment should please send their account number for a refund" release concluded.
