Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) don pull down part of one estate wey dem call Citiscape Villa, wey dey for highbrow Guzape District, Abuja. Dem talk say the developer no follow building rules and even go build on top waterway.

 

Na the Coordinator of Abuja Metropolitan Management Council, Mr. Felix Obuah, lead the demolition team go the site on Monday.

 

Obuah talk say the developer carry waterway and green area wey suppose remain open, divide dem into plots, come sell give people wey no know say the place illegal.

 

Him talk say the developer no follow the original building approval wey FCTA give dem at all.

 

Obuah talk say, “The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, no go gree anybody wey wan spoil the development plan for Abuja. Anybody wey try that kind thing go face the law.”

 

He still warn say any government worker wey join hand for the illegal matter with the developer go chop punishment according to civil service rules.
