One new video don surface wey dey suggest say the release of the schoolgirls wey dem kidnap from Government Girls Secondary School, Maga, for Kebbi State, no be ordinary rescue — but follow negotiation between kidnappers and government officials.

 

The girls, wey gunmen carry last week after dem attack the school and kill the vice-principal, regain their freedom on Tuesday. Government bin talk say no ransom enter, and say dem secure the release “without any concession.”

 

But report from Daily Post show say the new video wey circulate for X by @AM_Saleeem tell another story.

 

For the footage, the kidnappers dey question the girls about military jets wey fly pass the forest while dem dey captivity. The students answer say plenty jets hover above, to the point say the number “uncountable.”

 

The armed men use the moment dey mock government, brag say authorities no fit rescue the girls by force.

 

One of the bandits ask the girls:

 

“We leave una hungry?”

“No,” the girls answer.

 

“Anybody touch una or assault una?”

“No,” dem reply.

 

Another kidnapper talk:

“We go carry una go house safely to una parents. Na peace deal we dey do.”

 

Dem still continue to mock the government again:

“How many helicopters una see?”

The girls respond say dem no fit count.

 

For the end of the clip, one of the abductors boldly declare:

“We dey release una after negotiation. Government no fit free una by force. Your government don fail.”

 

The video come out just few hours after Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, and Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, confirm say all the kidnapped girls don regain freedom.

 

The controversy now dey raise new questions about whether negotiation truly happen — despite government claim say no ransom or deal follow the release.
