President Bola Tinubu don sack him Special Assistant on Digital and Creative Economy, Fegho John Umunubo, with immediate effect.

 

Di announcement come on Monday for one official statement wey Abiodun Oladunjoye, Director of Information and Public Relations for State House, sign.

 

According to di statement, Umunubo no longer represent Tinubu administration in any form, and di presidency don warn members of di public and stakeholders make dem no do official business with am again.

 

“Anyone wey relate with am in the name of President Tinubu’s administration dey do so at him or her own risk,” di statement talk.

 

Di federal government still advise all stakeholders — both for Nigeria and abroad — inside di digital and creative economy sector, make dem take note of di development and adjust accordingly.

 

No reason dey officially stated for di sudden dismissal, but government insiders suggest say di move na part of ongoing shake-ups within di presidency to streamline appointments and improve coordination.
