Babajide struck early, capitalizing on a rebound to give Tenerife the lead just nine minutes into the match. The 26-year-old last found the net in their dominant 5-1 win over Deportivo La Coruña on January 11, where she also registered an assist.

She wasn’t done yet—her perfectly timed cross in the second half found Gift Monday, who powered in a header to double Tenerife’s advantage in the 56th minute. After a brief VAR check, the goal was confirmed, marking Monday’s ninth Liga F strike of the season.

Babajide now boasts six league goals and two assists in 14 appearances, while Monday has been in lethal form, scoring in four consecutive matches. Her season tally stands at 15 goal contributions (nine Liga F goals, two assists, plus two Copa de la Reina goals).
