SPECTATOR:Another Message To FCT Minister On Sallah Day By A Sports Stakeholder.

By Godwin Bamigboye.
Today is another special day in the life of our Muslim Faithfuls as they are celebrating Eid al-Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice. I wish our Muslim brothers and sisters a happy celebration.
I heard that Football Coaches in the Abuja Municipal Area Council will be celebrating with their Muslim colleagues with a football match. Good gesture. Happy SALLAH to the celebrants and the rest of us.
I also wish the FCT Minister, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, the Minister of State and the FCT Executive Council happy Eid Al-Adha.
I want to use the Sallah period to again appreciate the FCT Authority for giving attention to Sports Infrastructure in the Territory. I will begin to mention areas being given attention as physical development is seen. Area Three readily comes to mind. Spectator can see physical development. It is applaudable. Thank you Mr Project and your Team.
I have noticed an area that needs special attention even as work is ongoing at the Area Three Sports Centre. The Parking Area has been fenced off for another purpose I don't know. There is therefore the urgent need to leave the parking area that services the Area Three pitch or else the place will become very clumsy. It is not late. It will not be too late to correct it. The parking area is very important to the facility.
I urge the Honourable Minister of FCT to hear the plea of the Sports stakeholders I am speaking for. His positive and prompt response will serve as a befitting gift to FCT Sports stakeholders on this Sallah celebration. Thank you in advance.
Happy Eid Al-Adha.
I am Spectator.
