Shooting Stars' Coach Ogunbote Rues Draw Against Plateau United, Seeks Patience
Gbenga Ogunbote, coach of Shooting Stars, expressed disappointment over his team's 1-1 draw against Plateau United, despite coming from behind to secure a point.
"We had a tough game today, and the result was unfortunate," Ogunbote said. "The team struggled with anxiety, and it's understandable given our relatively new squad."
He appealed for time to gel the team, saying, "We're still finding our rhythm, and the players are trying to impress our fans. We need patience to get everything working seamlessly."
Ogunbote acknowledged the challenges of building a new team but remains optimistic about their potential. "With time, we'll improve and deliver better performances."
