The South East University games 2023 began at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka on Friday.

The games was declared open by the Vice Chancellor of the host University Prof Charles Esimone.

 The Unizik 2023 SEUGA games
have ABSU, IMSU, FUNIA, FUTO,UNN, ESUT, ST PAUL UNIVERSITY,  SPIRITAN UNIVERSITY among others taking part in  football, handball, basketball, table tennis, Volleyball, Chess etc.

The Games is coming with the spirited efforts of   the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Director of sports Mr Ogbonna kenneth Chibueze in Conjunction with SEUGA CHAIRMAN DR Obiukwu Felix. 

In attendance at the opening ceremony are  NUGA President Dr Bawa Mohammed & NUGA Technical Committee  Chairman Prof Yakasai,.
