The actress first shared a series of photos of herself wearing a jean skirt and white shirt, referring to herself as the “queen of all queens” in the caption. She also posted a video showing herself dining at a restaurant overseas.

 

The timing and tone of the posts sparked backlash, with many social media users accusing Meurer of being insensitive and throwing subtle jabs in response to the reconciliation between her husband and his ex-wife. Critics flooded her comment sections, suggesting that the posts were unnecessary and appeared to mock the situation.
