Jerry Yamlak Moses, the talented Nigeria teenager who made headlines on both Social and Traditional mediums in the last couple of weeks, after a raw deal with a man, who took him in, as a football agent, is due  back in Nigeria today.

Jerry, who trained at Prince Jadon Football Academy in Gembu, and Waco Football Academy in Abuja, before his ordeal in Serbia, where he went in search of Greener pastures; is flying a Qatar Airliner that will departed the Nikola Tesla International Airport, Belgrade at 11am yesterday.

His flight had a stopover in Doha, Qatar, and is scheduled to land at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, in Ikeja, Lagos this evening.

Jerry had earlier narrated to Sports Day's Chinedum Ohanusi, his travails and how he suffered physical and psychological abuse in the hands of Ivan Trajkovic who claimed to be a football agent, and had the connections to find him a club in Serbia, but eventually failed on his promises, and later subjected him to verbal and physical abuse.

It all started when I demanded my return ticket to return to Nigeria. He became aggressive and abusive, snatched the fork I was eating with and injured me in the process. Things boiled over when I reprimanded him for impersonation, and using my pictures to attract unsuspecting young footballers, claiming he can find clubs for them. He knew that since I was not 18 years, I won't be allowed to sign a deal; but I guess his aim was to use me to extort cash from my sponsor", Jerry recounted.

A kind spirited Ghanaian picked Jerry up, and offered him shelter; before it was eventually decided that his best bet was a quick return to Nigeria, as he is ineligible under FIFA and Uefa rules, to sign a professional contract, until October 18th next year, when he will be eighteen years.

The youngster who can play from either the left or right wings in the attack, and is from Sarduana Local Government Area of Taraba State, also revealed that his Nigerian Agent, Auwal Arab Bello who is based in Lagos, linked him up with the Serbian agent; but at the height of the crisis, football authorities in Nigeria could not find Trajkovic's name as a certified FIFA Agent.
Breaking the news of a happy ending to his ordeal in Serbia; Jerry reserved special praise for Martins Vincent Otse aka Very Dark Man for escalating his plight on social media platforms, Radio Nigeria, and the Taraba State Government for fast tracking his rescue, and return home.
