President Bola Ahmed Tinubu don gree the resignation wey Geoffrey Uche Nnaji, Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, tender, as kasala and allegation dey waka follow am.

 

Nnaji wey enter minister position for August 2023, send resignation letter give the President today, Tuesday. For the letter, him thank President Tinubu say he give am the chance to serve Nigeria, and he talk say the position na big honour and privilege for am.

 

But Nnaji still talk say he don become target of blackmail from people wey no wish am well for politics, and the allegation na to scatter him name and make e look like say he no get integrity.

 

“I decide to comot myself so that I no go distract the work wey your administration dey do for Nigerians,” Nnaji write. “I still dey committed to the betterment of our obodo Nigeria and I thank you again for the chance to serve.”

 

President Tinubu don confirm say he receive the letter, and he thank Nnaji for him service, also wish am better life for whatever he go do next.

 

The Presidency never announce who go take over from Nnaji, but dem talk say one acting minister go soon show face before dem appoint full replacement.
