Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun don talk say Nigeria power supply problem no fit finish within three and a half years, as e stress say the sector need time and long-term effort to get am right.

The governor yarn this one during the APC National Convention 2026, where he admit say light supply don dey inconsistent for some weeks now.

“From the common man point of view, we don get problem with power supply for the last couple of weeks, but we no go fit get am 100 percent right in three and a half years,” he talk.

Abiodun explain say even though different governments don spend plenty money on top power sector over the years, the improvement no too dey visible as expected.

Despite that, he show small optimism say things dey gradually improve.

“But you know wetin, I think so far, so well,” he add, noting say even if Nigerians no dey see immediate result, the sector go dey better small small with time.

The governor comments don spark reactions, as many Nigerians still dey complain about unstable electricity supply across the country.
