Di Kebbi State Police don arrest 11 men wey dem say abuse one 13-year-old girl wey get mental wahala for Tungar Giwa village, wey dey Shanga Local Government Area.

 

For one statement wey dem release on Saturday, di Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Nafiu Abubakar, talk say na better correct informate make dem fit catch di suspects. E talk say di arrest na part of how dem dey fight gender-based violence for di state.

 

According to wetin dem talk, na di Shanga Division Police arrest di suspects on July 13, 2025.

 

Di suspects be: Ibrahim Bakanike, Danladi Nauyi, Danjuma Meli, Ibrahim Dankura, Ibrahim Isiaka, Masta Maishayi, Bello Muhammad, Danjuma Kodo, Aminu Isah, Zayyanu Isah, and Ahmed Usman.

 

Dem accuse di men say dem use di small girl condition take dey exploit am, dey give her small-small money before dem begin do di bad thing wey later make she carry belle. Di girl don born pikin — one baby boy — on July 8, 2025.

 

Police talk say di suspects don confess for preliminary investigation.

 

Dem still dey find two other people wey dem believe join for di act.

 

Di Commissioner of Police, CP Bello M. Sani, don order di State CID make dem do better investigation and make sure say justice go show face.
