Rivers State Police Command don arrest one man wey allegedly beat security guard, Ifeanyi Ani, to death for one eatery wey dey Rumukrushi, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.

 

Tori wey reach ground talk say the wahala start on Thursday after the customer park e motor for the eatery but leave e headlights on.

 

Ani go meet the motor make e tell dem say make dem reduce the light, but na the customer wife e meet inside the car. As e dey explain give her, the man come arrive, come vex, and attack Ani.

 

Eyewitness talk say the customer just start to dey punch Ani anyhow, no gree stop, even as people dey try separate dem. Before dem know, Ani don collapse and later give up.

 

One person we see as e happen talk say, “People try hold am, but e no gree stop. E just dey hit the security guard anyhow.”

 

After the incident, the eatery management hold the suspect and carry am go Mini-Okoro Police Division.

 

Meanwhile, Centre for Basic Rights Protection and Accountability Campaign confirm say the deceased sister, Chinaza Ani, first call dem for help, but later tell dem make dem hold on as the family wan consult some people before dem take any step.

 

Rivers State Police spokesperson, Grace Iringe-Koko, confirm say police don arrest the suspect and investigation don start.
