Dayo Habib has become the cynosure of all eyes in the ongoing Early Pre season tournament in Plateau State, Exclusivenews.com.ng reports.

Habib, a striker with Ben Akwuegbu FC, sits top of the scorers chart with five goals in three matches so far, a feat that has attracted recruitment interests of Nigeria Proffesional Football League side, Plateau United, NNL sides, Nasarawa United and Mighty Jets FC, Exclusivenews.com.ng understands.

Habib's clinical qualities in front of goal has earned him two consecutive man of the match awards as the Early Pre Season Tournament takes center stage of football in the North Central State of Plateau.

The Early Pre Season Football Tournament is being organised by Ben 'Austria Bomber' Akwuegbu, a former Nigeria Super Eagles forward who is now in the United Kingdom studying Mental Nurse at Angelia Ruskin University, A.R.U, London.

It is not yet clear as at press time which of the top clubs that would win the race to sign the rampant forward.

Ben Akwuegbu FC, Jos, is the third Football outfit the 2000 AFCON silver medal winning Super Eagles striker had floated.

First was Mbaise Lions FC, then came Ben Akwuegbu FC, Owerri and now BEN Akwuegbu FC, Jos.
