- $100m spent on a new presidential jet
- N21bn for renovating the vice president's lodge
- N15bn for building the National Assembly clinic

Obi emphasized that the government cannot expect citizens to make sacrifices while they indulge in luxury. He urged the Federal Government to allocate its limited resources to vital areas like health, education, poverty alleviation, and security.

Nigeria, dubbed the "poverty capital of the world," faces a crisis fueled by human and food insecurity. Obi advocated for investing in agriculture to address hunger, unemployment, and inflation.
