The last quarter final match of the 2025 NEROS Pharmaceuticals Limited/Anambra State Football Association Cup will take center stage today at the Awka City Stadium with Ozalla Football Academy taking on Black Smithers FC, Awka, Exclusivenews.com.ng reports.

Ozalla FA won the cup in 2023 and remains top favourites for today's showdown against the new comers, Black Smithers FC.

Coach Uche Sabbath knows the importance of victory today with both teams making their first appearance in the Cup race this year. Both teams were drawn bye during the draw ceremony.

The winner in today's epic clash will face NNL side, Edel FC, in the semi final billed to hold on 19 February, 2025.

On Thursday, 13 February, Peace FC saw out Olive Charles Academy 2-1 at NEROS Stadium, Nanka, to book their semi final ticket.

The final will hold on 23 February, 2025 at NEROS Stadium, Nanka, with the overall champions going home with N2m star prize money courtesy of the sponsors.

The runners-up will be rewarded with N1m while third place winners will smile home with N500, 000.

NEROS Pharmaceuticals Limited has remained the sole sponsors of the Anambra FA Cup since 2007, the longest uninterrupted sponsorship in Nigeria history.
