Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has shared a touching story about how fellow Nigerian star Kelechi Iheanacho supported him early in his career.

 

Recounting the moment, Osimhen said: “In 2017 in Uyo, I went to collect boots from Kelechi Iheanacho. His roommate at the time, who was a big player, chased me away.”

 

According to Osimhen, Iheanacho was visibly displeased by the incident. “He frowned at his actions, stopped him, held my hand, and took me into his room,” he added.
