Over the years, N-Youth Sports Academy (N-YSA) has emerged as a transformative force in grassroots sports development in Nigeria. 

By nurturing young talents and providing them with opportunities to excel both in sports and academics, N-YSA has set a new standard in youth sports education. 

The Academy’s vision is rooted in long-term talent development, community empowerment, and national pride.

From humble beginnings, N-YSA has grown into a tower of hope for young athletes, offering them world-class training, mentorship, and exposure to both local and international competitions.

 Through structured grassroots programs, the Academy has fostered steady participation and excellence across multiple sports disciplines, laying the foundation for the emergence of future champions.

N-YSA’s accomplishments span across education, athletics, infrastructure development, and international exposure. The academy's progress can be seen in the significant milestones achieved year after year, along with the emergence of key athletes who have become symbols of determination and potential.

The year 2019 marked the launch of N-YSA’s groundbreaking scholarship initiative. This was a defining moment for the Academy👇👇

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between N-YSA, the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (under the leadership of Hon. Sunday Dare), and Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC)

Through this agreement, 30 student-athletes were granted 100% full-ride scholarships covering tuition, feeding, and accommodation.

This initiative laid the groundwork for a unique model that combines quality education with elite sports training, creating well-rounded individuals prepared for global opportunities.

N-YSA's grassroots programs are structured to identify and develop young athletes from an early age. This early intervention strategy has proven effective in guiding promising talents through progressive stages of development from basic skill acquisition to elite-level performance.

Beyond football, N-YSA has recorded achievements in athletics, basketball, table tennis, and taekwondo.

 The academy has consistently participated in and won several regional championships, earning accolades for teamwork, discipline, and technical superiority.

Significantly,Selected athletes have represented Nigeria in youth tournaments abroad, gaining critical experience and showcasing the Academy’s training standards on the global stage.

By aligning with NTIC, N-YSA has embedded academic excellence into its philosophy, ensuring that athletes are prepared for life beyond sports.

Over time, several student-athletes from N-YSA have risen through the ranks to represent state and national teams at youth levels. These young stars serve as inspirations to others and continue to draw attention to the effectiveness of the Academy's developmental approach.
