The developmental strides of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu in Nsulu land has been commended by members of Nsulu Vanguard, a socio-cultural group in Abia State.
In a release jointly signed by the leaders of the group Dr. Ogbonna Ehiemere, Sir Chinedu Ugoala, Sir Chinanu Ogbunamiri Hon Emmanuel J. Eguzikpe and Mr. Ugochukwu Oduh, outlined some of the developmental projects carried out by the Governor in the area to include, completion of Nbawsi – Umuala road, completion of Umuezeukwu gully erosion site, establishment of Umuosu Nsulu Agricultural cluster and other infrastructural projects in the area.
The group said they will inaugurate their Patrons and BOT members on Saturday 27th July, 2019 at Obu-Ogu Hall, Mbubo Nsulu as well as lecture on Capacity Building through Skill Acquisition. They said this is inline with Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s skill acquisition and creation of job opportunities which have given birth to Enyimba Economic City, which is rated as the largest developmental project in Africa as at today with over seven hundred thousand job opportunities when realized.
They appreciated the various channels of the government towards human capacity development including N-Power, E4E, School feeding programme among others which have benefitted many Nsulu sons and daughters.
They finally commended all members of Nsulu Vanguard for their efforts in mobilizing Ndi Nsulu during the last general election that gave landslide victory to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu(Ph.D), Senator T.A. Orji and all PDP candidates from the area and urged them not to relent.
