Nigeria Premier Football League side, Doma United  Monday morning were involved in road accident while returning from Owerri, where they had honoured their NPFL/StarTimes Matchday 35 fixture against Heartland FC on Sunday which they lost by three goals to one. 

The team bus somersaulted several times along the Makurdi-Lafia road while en route to Gombe, leaving players and officials shaken with several minor injuries and no casualties. 
 

According to eyewitnesses, the bus was extensively damaged, with few players and officials sustaining minor injuries. 
The injured players have been taken to nearby hospital for treatment. 
Doma United are on the 18th position on the log with 43 points from 35 matches.
