Chairman of the NPFL under 17 youth league, Pastor Emeka Inyama has congratulated Abia Warriors Fc young star George Bassey after scoring a brace against Enyimba Fc, in the opening fixture of the NPFL U-17 youth league played at the Enugu zone.

Inyama speaking to www.npfl.com said George Bassey is a talent that need to be harnessed for the future.

“Watching the young boy play here and performing very well shows how determined he is, his ball control, confidence and Shooting accuracy is something to look out for, he was outstanding against Enyimba Fc and crowed it up  by scoring a brace, am really happy for his talent”.

Recall that both Enyimba Fc and Abia Warriors Fc played out a 2-2 draw in the game, and will be hoping to perform better in their next games against Heartland Fc and Enugu Rangers Fc respectively on Friday.
