Bendel Insurance premium got missing at the Ogbe Stadium in Benin on  MatchDay 28 of the NPFL as  Niger Tornadoes came visiting. The Edo Arsenal  trailed  three goals to nil, before they got a consolation goal in the tail end  of the match. The results maybe the biggest away win of the season. It ended 3-1 in favor of the visitors.

The Ikon Allah Boys inflicted the first home defeat to Bendel Insurance in the NPFL since 2007 to move up to the 11th position on the log. 

Elsewhere in Aba, Enyimba took Kano Pillars to the washers as they pummeled the Sai masugida exponents by  5-0 in a scintillating fashion to move to the second position on 48 points. 

League leaders, Rangers International secured a comfortable 2-0 win over 10-man Sunshine Stars to extend their unbeaten run in the league to 10 matches with 51 points on the log. 

The new Technical Adviser of Akwa United, Mohammed Babaganaru was handed his first defeat in his first game after Doma United defeated the Promise Keepers 1-0 in Uyo. 

In Lagos, Lobi Stars came from a goal down to pick a valuable point against Sporting Lagos in a 1-1 draw while Bayelsa United shocked Heartland FC with a late 1-0 win in Yenagoa to gradually condemned  the Naze Millionaires to lower division of the league next season. 

Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan were 2-0 victors over Kwara United while Abia Warriors overpowered Plateau United 1-0. Gombe United and Remo Stars shared the spoils in a goalless affair.
