NPFL and Youth League: Sports Minister Salutes Elegbeleye, Inyama, others

NPFL Youth League have been described as a beauty to behold, a paragon of excellence and magnet of desire where football lies in the grassroots development in Nigeria. 


These were the submissions of the Media aide to the Minister of Sports Development, *Kola Daniel* during interactive session in one the Nigeria's leading WhatsApp groups,  *Sports World Platform*.

The Media aide to the Minister, said the NPFL Youth League is going to give room for the younger ones to come into league setting replacing the aging ones 

The former lecturer at University of Abuja, further reiterated that the NPFL Youth League is an opportunity for the boys to play outside the shores of the country and as well a brand for
the national team. 

He noted that, the Youth League that has just been concluded in Benin, witnessed a lot intrics, artistry, suspense and as well beauty of the game. 

Kola Daniel cited, what the likes of Rivers United, Katsina United, Plateau United and Remo Stars came out with, by demonstrating high profile and enthusiasm when it comes to football, noting it was a week of young lads being celebrated in Nigeria. 

" You could see what Rivers United, Katsina United, Plateau United, and as well Remo Stars came out with, they actually demonstrated high profile football and enthusiasm. When it comes to football  it is more or less beauty to behold, it was a week of young lads, it was a week of lad being celebrated in Nigeria" He said. 

He further reiterated that, the boys had an opportunities to showcase themselves, playing in good pitch at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin, stressing that there is no better way to introduce the boys to the facilities. 

Kola Daniel affirmed that, this will help, project and give them sense of belonging and they could be a professional to the call when it comes to football. 

He saluted, the leadership of Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye for doing a great job and Pastor Emeka Inyama for organizing the Youth League and for the improvements of the apex league as away team can now win away from home, He urged them to do better in its improvements of the league. 

"I want to salute, the leadership of Gbenga Elegbeleye, they have done well, no doubt about it, they can do better, you could see now, that the league, even before but I think they will still have a better improvement, you could see Kano Pillars have lost at home yesterday" Kola Daniel Concluded.
