Eziowelle, now gradually turning to Soccer Mecca of Anambra State will roar back to life as the maiden edition of the Anambra FA Chairman's U17 Boys Cup contest Enters its quarter final stage today, Exclusivenews.com.ng reports.

Rampant Ozalla Football Academy, 2023 Anambra FA Cup winners, will set the ball rolling with a crunchy fixture against De-Wilson. This make or mar clash is billed to get underway at 2pm.

Ozalla FA have no doubt become the undisputed strongest force in Anambra Grassroot Football, with strong representation in all age group games, U10, U13, U15, U17 and Senior team.

De-Wilson, on their part, have their own cherished history and record to behold. But against Ozalla, they will need to tightly screw their heads onto their necks for a crunchy clash because the Ikenna Osueke side neither 'retreats, nor surrenders'.

The second quarter final match on the card for the day will see Peace FC trade tackles with Olve Charles Football Academy at same venue at 4pm.

Then, on Tuesday, 9 April, Anambra Rovers will battle Scouting FA for a place in the semi finals at same Eziowelle Civic Center at 2pm.

4pm will be action time for City Boys and Amawbia Utd to draw the quarter finals curtains.
