Coach Okechukwu Ejeh of Abia Comets has dedicated his NNL/PROSTAR/SPORTSLIGHT HUB Coach of the Month award to Abia State Governor, Alex Chioma Otti. This award recognizes Ejeh's outstanding performance in leading Abia Comets to a four-game unbeaten streak in December.

Ejeh expressed his gratitude to Governor Otti for his unwavering support for the club and sports development in Abia State. He praised the Governor's commitment to providing resources and infrastructure for athletes and coaches, which has significantly contributed to the team's success.

The coach also thanked the club management, led by Chief Boniface Alozie Uche, for putting the club in a better position to produce good results. Other winners of the NNL/PROSTAR/SPORTSLIGHT HUB awards include Ebrima Manneh of Sporting Supreme as Player of the Month, Utum Godswill Solomon of Wikki Tourists FC as Goalkeeper of the Month, and Smart City FC as the Best Behaved Team of the Month.
