Nigeria’s first-ever cyclist to compete in both Track and Road races at the Olympics, Ese Ukpeseraye, is featured in a photo gallery at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Ukpeseraye is Nigeria's sole athlete qualified for all three cycling events.

The president of the Cycling Federation of Nigeria (CFN), Giandomenico Massari, wished her the best of luck on Saturday, advising her to remain calm.

The three cycling events will commence from Sunday. The dates of the competitions are:

• Road race: Sunday, August 4
• Track: Keirin on August 7
• Individual sprint: August 9

The 2024 Summer Olympic Games are ongoing from July 26 to August 11 in France, with Paris as the main host city and additional events in 16 other cities across Metropolitan France, plus one subsite in Tahiti.
