Former Jigawa State governor, Sule Lamido, don talk say di reason why he dey support di opposition coalition under African Democratic Congress (ADC) na because of love for Nigeria and say e wan help save democracy for di country.

 

Lamido talk this one on Monday for Dutse, wey be Jigawa State capital. He say di unity wey dey inside di coalition no be for personal gain, but for Nigeria progress.

 

Even as he dey support ADC coalition, Lamido still confirm say he still remain full member of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and he no get plan to commot from di party wey he help build since 1998.

 

He talk this one as he dey introduce di Jigawa State chairman of ADC, Alhaji Kabiru Hussaini, to PDP members during one political meeting.

 

Lamido also hail PDP lawmakers, especially Senator Mustapha Khabeeb, for empowerment programme wey help over 3,000 people with items worth billions of naira.

 

Di items wey dem share include irrigation machines, solar-powered irrigation machines, and sewing machines.

 

Still for di same event, Senator Mustapha Khabeeb, wey represent Jigawa South-West, talk say PDP dey serious about removing poverty from people life, just like how dem do from 1999 reach 2015.

 

He also compare PDP government to APC own, say PDP bring better development, but under APC, na pure suffering people dey face.
