One monkey wey waka enter Sri Lanka electrical grid sub-station don cause serious blackout for di whole country on Sunday, according to government officials.

Energy Minister, Kumara Jayakody, tell reporters say:

“One monkey touch di grid transformer, and e cause serious imbalance for di system.”

Di incident happen for one south Colombo suburb. Even though dem don restore power for some areas, nobody sabi when dem go fit bring light back for everywhere.

“Engineers don start work to fix di problem as fast as possible,” di minister yarn.
