Television host Frank Edoho has stirred conversation with his recent claim that most women don't find extremely kind men appealing, suggesting they instead prefer "bad boys" who occasionally show kindness.

The popular media personality made these remarks during his appearance on TVC's talk show "The Black Table," where he referenced online discussions he had observed.

"There was an article I saw on a blog that intrigued me. The topic was, 'What is that red flag that you admire in the opposite sex?'" Edoho explained. "The question was channelled to women."

Edoho shared that the responses reinforced his belief that "men shouldn't be nice all the time" and went further to suggest that perhaps men "should not even be nice at all."

He cited examples from the discussion, noting, "There was one I saw that says, 'I like it when my man tells me, 'I don't want to repeat myself again'.' She said it turns her on."

According to Edoho, other women commented that they appreciate when their partners display power and assertiveness, finding these traits attractive.

"There are some strange things going on in the minds of these women that you are trying to be nice to," he concluded. "I am not saying all of them are like that but majority of women don't like nice guys. They want bad guys that are nice to them sometimes."
