Masari: No Credible Alternative to APC

Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Aminu Masari, has asserted that there is no viable alternative to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in addressing Nigeria’s challenges. He made this statement on Sunday in Kafur, Kafur Local Government Area, during the inauguration of the APC campaign for the state’s local government elections scheduled for February 15.

Masari dismissed speculations about political alliances, describing them as mere regroupings of individuals who had fallen out of favor with the APC. He insisted that such efforts would not derail the party from implementing programs aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians.

He urged Nigerians to remain patient with the APC administration, emphasizing that the current economic challenges are part of a global trend. Reaffirming his commitment to the party, Masari stated that he was not in the APC for personal gain or political appointments.

Call for Party Unity and Development Projects

Masari encouraged APC loyalists to promote the party’s achievements while acknowledging that any shortcomings should be viewed as human errors. He also appealed to Kafur Local Government residents to support the APC in the upcoming elections.

Meanwhile, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir-Masari, Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu, called on party members to unite and work towards APC’s continued success. He further announced that President Tinubu had approved several development projects, including road reconstruction and the establishment of a Federal College of Agriculture.
