Libya Coach Al-Hadirinew Says Super Eagles Are Africa's Best Team; Insists He's Not Under Pressure

Libya Coach, Nasser Al-Hadirinew, has declared that Super Eagles are the best in Africa, Exclusivenews.com.ng reports.

Hadirinew, who will make his debut as Mediterrenean Knights Head Coach following the sacking of Milutin Sredojevic Micho after disappointing performances against Rwanda and Benin Republic, said in Uyo on Friday that Super Eagles are blessed with experienced players who are plying their trades across the best leagues in the World compared to his team that have an all home based players.

"Super Eagles are the best team on the African continent now. They have their players all playing in the best leagues across the World and this cannot be said of Libya that have an entirely home based players dominated team", he said.

He added that no team in Africa is close to the Super Eagles in terms of quality players.

"There's no team in Africa that's near the Super Eagles. All the players are in Europe--Italy, Spain, Germany, France, England, Netherlands.

"Victor Osimhen is African Player of the Year. We lost here (4-0) some time ago. Now, we're here to try to improve.

"Yes, it's my first match in charge but I'm feeling no pressure. Pressure should be on Nigeria and not me", he sounded.
