Jagaban Cup 3.0 Set to Take Center Stage at Legacy Pitch
The Legacy pitch at the National Stadium in Surulere will be the center of attention for the 3rd edition of the esteemed Jagaban Cup.
This year's tournament is set to be thrilling, competitive, and intense, featuring eight carefully chosen teams from Lagos, Kwara, and Ogun State, all vying for glory and life-changing opportunities in front of keen foreign football scouts.
As per the schedule released by tournament director Wale Joseph, the four-day football event will kick off with group stage matches from Monday to Wednesday, culminating in the final match on Thursday.
On the first matchday, 36 Lion will face off against Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) team Ikorodu City in the opening game at 7 am.
Following that, there will be matches between FC Bethel and Broad City, Dino SC and Imperial FC, and Ijebu United and SGFC.
On the second day, the matchups will include Ikorodu City against FC Bethel Sporting, Broad City versus 36 Lion FC, Imperial FC taking on Ijebu United, and SGFC facing Dino Sporting Club.
For matchday three, the games will feature Dino Sporting Club against Ijebu United, Imperial FC versus SGFC, 36 Lion FC against FC Bethel Sporting, and Ikorodu City against Broad City.
The highly anticipated final will take place on Thursday at the same venue.
