No fewer than seven games are on the menu as the Ifeanyi Chiejine Memorial Cup Championship Enters matchday three today at St Patrick's College, Asaba, Delta State.

Delta Babes crunchy fixture against Phoenix Babes will get us underway as the festival of football nears its crescendo.

The group 2 match is slated for 7a.m and will be preceded by another group 2 clash involving Unification Ladies and Moje Queens.

Thereafter, it will be the turn of Papa Soccer and Giant Empress to slug it out in a group 1 fixture. 

The clash between Castmog FC and Fortress Ladies group 1 game will take center stage after.

Then it will be the turn of Prince K. Eletu to file out against free scoring Imo Strikers led in the attack by Chidi Harmony who sits top on the scorers chart with five goals in two games.

This highly anticipated game will get underway at 12:20pm.

So far, Imo Strikers are unbeaten in two games, and have also maintained clean sheet in the two games in which they scored seven goals with Chidi Harmony singlehandedly accounting for five.

Another Oriental Derby is on the card today as Green Foot Enugu welcome Awka Angels.

This epic clash will hold at 1:40pm and will be followed by Delta Babes vs Moje Queens fixture will bring today's games to a fitting close.

It has been football fun here in Asaba since Monday 11 December when the Ifeanyi Memorial Cup Championship got underway.

It will end on December 17, 2023.
