Nigerian businessman, Frank Onyekachukwu Anthony, has made his intention clear about leading the role in scouting, developing and managing the country's next generation top footballer, Exclusivenews.com.ng reports.
To actualize his dream, the Achalla, Awka North, LGA, Anambra State born Anthony has indicated interest in becoming a FIFA Licensed Player agent.
"This will afford me opportunity to market players to the best possible clubs across the globe", he noted.
Exclusivenews.com.ng checks reveal that the young Nigerian will have to first enlist with the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, and will have to undergo its (NFF's) accreditation seminar.
With NFF's endorsement, one is good to go in that business side of football.
"We must join hands and resources together to lift Nigerian football by ensuring that talents are not left to rust as a result of lack of exposure.
"Besides, helping the football inclined youth is a direct way of empowering them, building their future and taking them off societal vices", he stressed.
Investment in the youth, is a masterplan for a better tomorrow", the Anambra born businessman pointed out.
