Popular Nigerian Singer and Songwriter, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known professionally as Burna Boy has taken to social media to make a very controversial statement.

The whole thing all started when a Twitter user identified as "Bad Lieutenant" took to his handle to advise Singer, Burna Boy. Bad Lieutenant advised the "Wonderful Crooner" to start planning his future by getting married and starting his family because he's not getting any younger.

 

Bad Lieutenant further went ahead to tell Burna that Davido has already set an example for him to follow and that he should try as much as possible to settle down because he's over 33 years now.

"Burna Boy, you should start planning for your future by getting married and starting a family. OBO has already set an example, you are over 32 now, you need to understand that you're not getting any younger", he wrote and it stirred massive reactions from the general public.

After Burna came across the post, he took to his official "Twitter handle" now known as "X" to reply stating that he prefers to be single for now. He further stressed that Davido is a bad example for him because the DMW Record Label Boss is currently going through a lot.

A fan identified as "Sirfasho" then went ahead to ask Burna Boy if Adekunle Gold is a good example since Davido isn't and the self acclaimed African giant wasted no time is replying. He stated that Adekunle Gold is a good example and that he prays for his type of marriage.
