The 2024 Gwagwalada Football Coaches Seminar will hold on Sunday 30 June in Gwagwalada.

According to the Leader of the Council, Justice Temitope Ayodele, the seminar will involve the presentation of papers and practicals. 

The amiable leader  revealed that major resource persons for the programme will include the former Head Coach of the National U15 team, who is the Secretary of the FCT Football Association, Haruna Usman Ilerika. Ilerika will be taking the coaches on the various formations in a football match. The Training Officer of the FCT Referees Council and a FIFA badge referee Hannah Eliagwu will be talking on the recent trends in the Laws of the Game. She would be supported by another FIFA badged referee Bose Momoh.
Patrick Ngwaogu will take the coaches on how to read and analysis a football match effectively.

Justice Ayodele said that seminar will also involve practicals which would be held at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital Playing pitch.

"this is our way of bringing our coaches to speed with the happening in the game of football. We hope that whatever they are taught now will be practicalized in the Gwagwalada League beginning soon" he concluded.

The Seminar will be held at the Auditorium of the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada with over 50 coaches in attendance.
