The youth Pastor of the Glory Christian Ministries Pastor(Mrs) Joy Ayo Soremi was emphatic in resounding that believers ought to showcase a practical and responsible Christianity in their day to day activities.
“Christian living is practical so also is love. As a practical and responsible preaching church, ours is to show love by adding value in our community”.
She made this statement during the youth/singles program of the church with the theme ” I am empowered “.
” We wanted to affect the youths in our environment but we are pleased that the adults in the community also embraced the event. It was an opportunity to wake up the hidden potential and zeal of entrepreneurship of the students ” She further explained.
Very qualified resource persons were on ground to take the students on graphics, cake making , Smoothie and Oil production.
Lectures ran on weekends , practical classes were emphasised, exams to test the students were conducted and certificates were issued.

“The church gave the singles maximum support through our senior pastor I S James to pull this through.
We wanted to do something different that will benefit non members especially. I am happy we achieved that”
The Glory Christian ministries is a Pentecostal church popularly identified with her slogan Practical and Responsible Christianity under the leadership of PST I S James. The church operates from her head quarters in Odo Olowu Ijesha, Lagos.
