FWC Champions FC have officially booked their spot in the 2025 Nationwide League One (NLO) playoffs, following a determined  1–0 victory over EFCC FC  in their final group match at the Area 10 Football Pitch, Abuja.

The hard-fought win — courtesy of a single goal — secured FWC’s qualification from the highly competitive Area 3 group, capping off a campaign filled with grit, unity, and moments of brilliance.

Reacting to the result, Coach Bunmi expressed gratitude for the team's progress despite challenges faced along the way:

"It wasn't an easy group. We had our share of tough moments, but it’s all worked out in our favour. I’m proud of the boys and thankful we pulled through."
