Former Nigeria U-20 star Flourish Sabastine opened her goal account for Galatasaray in their 1-1 draw against Trabzonspor in the Turkish Women’s Super Lig on Sunday.

• Fatlinda Ramaj equalized for Trabzonspor 10 minutes into the second half, forcing both sides to share the points.

The ex-Bayelsa Queens forward previously played for Stade de Reims in France and was part of Nigeria’s squad at the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

Despite being the defending champions, Galatasaray are struggling in 6th place with 30 points from 16 games, trailing league leaders Fenerbahçe by 12 points.
