The Board of the FCT Football Association and the leadership of the FCT Coaches Association have commended the Nigeria Football Federation for reappointing the World Cup U. 17 bronze winning technical crew of the National Women U. 17 team. 

The FCT FA felicitate the entire FCT Coaches Association over the appointment of her members  Coach Mansur Abdullahi, Coach Kayode Bankole, Coach Adanna Nwaneri and Coach Morufu Adeyemo that have been appointed  as U 20 and U 17 Coaches of the women National Team.

According to the FA in a release signed by the Scribe of the Association, Haruna Ilerika, said this appointments are predicated on the quality of Coaches the Association is producing and good working relationship with the Football body.

The  FCTFA enjoined the appointed Coaches to justify the confidence reposed in them by making the country proud in their various assignments. 

In a similar development, the FCT  coaches Association on its part congratulated the appointed members saying that  their re-appointments is for them to continue the amazing job that saw them do excellently at the world cup the last time out.

The Chairman of the Association Bartholomew David said "we rejoice with our colleagues at this point in the history of our football because this re-appointment is a testament to the fact that the team is trusted to yet again deliver huge joys to the nation and to  all football lovers both home and in the diaspora". 

"We encourage our colleagues to see this as a call to service and that they do all they can to surpass the already lofty heights they have by their hard works set by themselves" .

They were optimistic that the team will go further to bring the world cup trophy back to Nigeria.
