The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), through di Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC), don order make dem shut down Myra Event Centre for Abuja, because dem break environmental rules, especially noise wahala.

 

For one statement wey AMMC Coordinator, Mr. Felix Obuah, release on Thursday, he talk say di centre wey dey for Plot 135 Mustapha Bello Street, Guzape District, dey cause serious night noise disturbance and commit other offences too.

 

He yarn say di place go remain closed until further notice.

 

Obuah talk say di action na part of di ongoing effort to tackle noise wahala and other environmental law breaking for inside Abuja.

 

He remind everybody say FCTA no dey joke with matter wey fit affect public health and community peace, and say dem get zero-tolerance for any centre wey no dey follow law.

 

Obuah come warn other event centres make dem stay away from making noise and make sure say dem operate within di law wey guide environmental matter.

 

He talk say any event centre wey no hear word and continue dey cause noise wahala, dem go lock am up without delay.

 

Obuah also beg FCT residents make dem report any environmental law breaking to AMMC through their official channels, say na all of us go join hand protect di environment for everybody good.
