Czech Republic D2 side FC Banik Ostrava – Zeny has strengthened its squad with the signing of two young Nigerian talents, Comfort Folorunsho and Adaobi Okah, as part of the club’s future ambitions.

Folorunsho, a 19-year-old defender, joins from Edo Queens after helping them win the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership title last season. She has also played for Delta Queens and brings experience from the Nigeria U20 national team.

Okah, 18, is a striker who most recently played for Pittsburgh University. Before moving abroad, she featured for Edo Queens and Remo Stars Ladies in the NWFL Premiership and also has experience with Nigeria’s U20 team.

FC Banik Ostrava – Zeny is currently second in the league and pushing for promotion to the top division. The addition of these two promising Nigerian players is expected to boost the team’s chances in the race for D1 qualification.
