The leadership of Eziukwu Road Market, Aba, has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians across Abia State and beyond, calling on citizens to embrace the core lessons of the season — faith, sacrifice, unity, and hope.

In a goodwill message released by the Chairman Chief Oba, on behalf of his family and the market executives, the group reflected on the significance of Easter, noting that the example set by Jesus Christ — through His pain, sacrifice, and ultimate triumph — remains a timeless message for humanity.

“Easter symbolises the triumph of hope over despair and is a powerful affirmation that darkness can never override the plans and wishes of Almighty God,” the message read. “Jesus Christ set an example of sacrifice that has inspired generations of Christians.”

As the Christian community celebrates the resurrection of Christ, Oba urged all to hold steadfastly to their faith, uphold one another in unity, and work together to promote peace and harmony within their communities.

“Let us never lose faith in the will of God or the power of good to overcome evil,” he said. “In these difficult times, let us do our best to foster love, reject strife, and allow hope to flourish in our hearts.”
