Former Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey, 32, don now face two new rape charges for another matter wey the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) don approve.

 

Partey go waka enter Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 13 March for the new charges. This one na separate case from the ones wey dem dey try him for before, wey concern two women wey he allegedly rape and one wey he sexually assault.

 

Before now, Partey don already deny all the earlier charges. Him trial for those matter go start 2 November 2026 for Southwark Crown Court.

 

The new charges follow fresh investigation wey the Metropolitan Police start after complain first show in August 2025. Partey dey free on bail but him dey follow some conditions like to inform police if him wan travel abroad and him no fit contact the complainants.

 

Partey, wey play for Arsenal from 2020 reach June 2025 before him move Villarreal, don maintain say him no do anything wey dem dey accuse am of.
