Ella Helps Foundation Brings Year-End Relief to Widows, Needy, Empowers For Fresh Start

It was a big relief for the needy and windows in Suleja, Niger State as Ella Helps Foundation in the usual fashion, rained goodies on Thursday at the Lace Hotel.
The 3rd Edition of the Ella Helps Foundation took a different turn, with 15 women empowered to start afresh in their businesses and trade.
A total of 80 women received goodies of food items and cash to have a need-free end of the year.
In her remarks, Mrs Christy Edwin, the Executive Director, noted that the title of this year edition is PUSH FORWARD.
According to her, no woman should remain at a spot but should keep pushing to climb to the top.
Describing women as powerful and strong, she said, "The empowerment programme was to encourage women in need.
This is as she urged them.to keep striving to make life better and meaningful for.
"Wherever you stop, know that you can still push forward. Don't sit. Don't be on the bench." She added.
Appreciating the kind gesture, Mrs Veronica Goodluck, one of the beneficiaries, expressed gratitude to Ella Helps Foundation.
According her, "We can never forget this because it came when we actually needed it. May God continue to bless the Foundation and provide more for them."
The occasion was graced with dignitaries, including Bashir Usman, SSA to the Niger State Governor, Muhammad Umar Bago, Mr Shaba Muhammed, the Zonal Director, Niger State Urban Development.
Others include Alh Ahmed Suleiman, Mai Angwu Tudun Buwari, Allh Abdullahi Umar, Mai Angwa Sarafina, Prof Emem Olufoke.
Hon Haruna Daga, SSA to the Executive Chairman, Bar Sadiya, Pastor Dayo Akogun, Pastor Dayo Afolabi were also in attendance.
