Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership champions Edo Queens have appointed coach Rollanson Odeh as their new General Manager. The unveiling ceremony, held on Wednesday, was attended by key stakeholders, government officials, and passionate supporters. 

Odeh brings vast experience in sports management, having previously served as Edo Queens Team Manager and General Manager of Crown FC of Ogbomoso. Hon. Enabulele Desmond Amadi, Chairman of the Edo State Sports Commission, expressed confidence in Odeh's capabilities, citing his commitment to excellence as a key asset for the team.

Edo Queens are looking to retain their NWFL Premiership title when the 2024/2025 campaign kicks off on January 15, 2025. The team has enjoyed significant success, winning their maiden league title in 2024, the West Africa Zone B (WAFU-B) Women’s Champions League title, and finishing fourth at the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League in Morocco.
