The ECN Foundation has successfully provided free community health services to over 70 women in Olanbiwonnu Village, Osun State, in a landmark outreach aimed at improving grassroots healthcare access.

 

The health program, held in the heart of the village, offered comprehensive medical screenings including blood pressure checks for hypertension, hepatitis testing, blood sugar level assessments, and weight measurements. According to beneficiaries, this was the first time such an extensive health service had ever been brought to the community.

 

Many of the women expressed deep appreciation to the foundation, describing the initiative as a rare privilege and a timely intervention. Several beneficiaries noted that the screenings helped them better understand their health status and raised awareness about conditions that often go undetected in rural areas.
