A woman claiming to be the sister of veteran Nollywood actress Dupe Jayesimi has come forward to challenge her statements about her childlessness. Tope Jayesimi alleged that her elder sister was not truthful about her experiences with a failed marriage and her childlessness.

Tope criticized Dupe for claiming that the children she raised did not support her, despite being aware of her childless status. She questioned how Dupe could have raised them when they all lived together in their grandmother's house in Ibadan during their childhood.

Tope further alleged that Dupe treated her and her siblings poorly, believing they would not achieve anything significant. She claimed that Dupe regarded them as servants, compelling them to perform household chores, including washing her underwear stained by menstruation.

Tope also alleged that Dupe deceived her siblings regarding their deceased father's inheritance, claiming that she sold the acres of land he bequeathed to support their education and retained the profits for her own benefit.

The allegations have sparked controversy, with many calling on Dupe Jayesimi to respond to the claims made by her sister. However, the Nollywood actress is yet to react to the allegations.
