Afrobeats superstar Davido has announced plans to commemorate his 32nd birthday with a generous donation of N300 million to orphanages and a charity focused on combating drug abuse among youths.

"This year, we're donating N300m to orphanages and a charity helping young people overcome drug abuse and addiction," Davido wrote.

This isn't Davido's first charitable birthday gesture. In 2021, he donated N250m to 292 orphanages for his 29th birthday.
